Very flashy 10 yr old Arab/NSH registered 15.2 stocky bay mare with very good conformation and bloodlines. Great broodmare prospect or pleasure horse. She had a beautiful filly “Dakota’s Surprise” in November of 2005. She was accidentally bred across the fence in South Dakota and came to us pregnant. We had 3 weeks of warning and thus she had 3 weeks of prenatal care. She still delivered a very healthy filly and was a very good mom. She has been out of consistent work for the past 2 years due to lack of time. She is a very sensitive mare under saddle so she would do best for an intermediate rider. She has shown in hunter under saddle out west and has been in dressage training for the past 2 years. She was introduced to jumping this past fall and loved it! She can be a little looky but otherwise she is well behaved. She has very good ground manners and is an easy keeper. She would make someone a great sport-horse broodmare or fun project. Asking $3000 but very negotiable to a good home.

13 yr old bay 16.2 hand TB gelding
Well schooled dressage horse who is a good boy in the ring or out on the trails. His accomplishments can be seen on his site on the "meet the crew" page. He is a great teacher - if you ask correctly, he will go forward and round. He can still jump but does need a confident rider to jump away from home. He has been ridden by children and beginner adults. Fieval is great to work around - a perfect gentleman on the cross-ties and a big love-bug in the barn. He does like to beg for treats though!
Lessons available with Kara and possibilities for beach rides this winter and shows this fall and next year.

She is a very forward thinking 15.2 hand Arab/NSH cross mare who is best suited for an intermediate rider. She is learning dressage and jumped 2’ this past summer. She loves to trail ride + was excellent last winter at the beach.

Frodo is Available for 1/2 lease!
Frodo is available for ½ lease at Sea Star Stable! Haflinger cross, 13.3 hands, very stocky, 20 yrs young. Everyone who rides him giggles – he’s a ton of fun to ride and super cute! He has great manners on the ground and he loves to be groomed. He even nickers for treats. He can handle an adult (I am 5’6”) but does need a fairly strong beginner and up as he can pull the typical pony moves (try to go to the gate, turn to the middle of the ring etc) Loves the trails and can lead or follow. Not spooky. He is pretty good on the lunge line (although likes to get lazy and tries to turn in to the middle). The more he works the better he is and once he knows he can’t get away with any nonsense, he’s a good boy. Lessons are available with event rider Kara Riley-King. There are also opportunities to show this season. He would be great for a D-2 pony clubber. Number of rides per week and times are flexible.
