Manta Ray

Manta Ray is a 1997 thoroughbred gelding who is owned by Peter King. He was purchased off the race track in September of 2004 and is currently in event training. He shows great potential and Peter has high hopes for this thoroughbred.


While still owned by Pete, Kara has been competing Manta for 2007. He moved up to Novice and has qualified for the 2008 AECs!

Major 2007 Accomplishments

  • 9th place year end award in the novice division at Green Acres
  • 4th at GMHA Spring in BN
  • qualified for the 2007 AECs
  • 2nd at UNH fall in Novice
