Frodo Baggins 

In September of 2012 we lost our dear pony Frodo. We believe Frodo was approximately 35 years old and had lived at SSS for about 5 years. He was very well loved by all of his students and family here. We will always remember his cute face, his non-stop nicker at feeding time and all the kicking that went into getting him to go! Frodo started many of the younger riders here at SSS and he would stand on the cross-ties forever to be brushed (unless of course it was dinner time!)  He was quite the show-man and loved doing lead-line or anything his dear friend Sarah Suidit wanted him to do! 

He loved his friend Baloo and they would hang out together in all sorts of weather.  

The barn is not quite the same with out him but he will live on in our memories! We hope he is enjoying his greener pastures and hanging out with his old friend Mr. Man.
