Indoor Arena Lighted 140'x 70' riding surface Mixed rubber and sand footing Arena in Winter	Barns Two main barns with each with their p own tack rooms and 10' X12' stalls. All stalls have direct access to the paddocks for 24 hour turnout. Four additional stalls available in the large run in sheds. Jump Field Fenced and lighted 300' x 250' Natural and stadium fences	Trails Direct access to miles of shared trails. Great for conditioning training.
