This is an on farm lease located in Brentwood, NH.  We are a small eventing barn with a new indoor and lighted outdoor ring.  I’m looking for someone 16 or older and responsible to lease my handsome 13 yr. old, 16.2 h Quarter/Paint gelding until may of next year.  Hopefully, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants their own horse, but can’t afford it or someone that just needs a horse to ride. Lessee needs to be a strong and experienced rider.  Tuffy has lots of personality and is not spooky, but he is a red head and can be very bossy.  He will test you, but if you stand your ground the results are worth it!  Previously trained in English Pleasure, in which he has a few championships, I have been training him for the eventing world since October of last year. He has had a weekly jumping and dressage lesson. He loves the trails, which we have out behind the barn and he will go out alone or with others.  He has a wonderfully balanced canter and a great frame.  I live in the area, but have gone back to school and don’t have the time to exercise him as much as he needs me to. 

The owner of the barn lives on the property and is an instructor if you would like to take lessons!
