Boarding

Current board for 2012 is $575 per month (subject to change)

Boarders are not required to take lessons. Lessons are available from our on-site trainer Kara Riley-King at a reduced rate (package of 4 included in board is an additional $120 for the month or individually at $35). Outside instructors are allowed with permission but riders are required to pay $10 for outside instructors.

Training or exercise rides are available at $25 each if bought in a package or $35 for individual rides.

Your horse has a 10x12 stall with direct access to their paddock for 24 hour turn-out, water tubs with heaters, tack storage, blanketing and fly-spraying when needed and lots of TLC! Barns and paddocks are well-maintained and “pony club” safe.

There are no set hours to come and visit or ride. Come when you like! Morning feed is typically done by 6am weekdays and 8 am weekends and evening feed between 5-7 pm. Snacks are fed mid-day.

Boarder is required to supply supplements (preferably in Smartpaks if feeding more than 1), pay for worming (every 6-8 weeks, Kara will coordinate so everyone is on the same schedule), pay for all vet + farrier visits. Holding for the vet or farrier must be arranged ahead of time and is subject to a small fee.  Boarders are asked to use the barn vet but may use their own farrier.

Current negative coggins and record of recent shots and de-worming required.

We strive for a relaxed atmosphere for both horse and rider… we prefer there to be no drama!
